Cremation Options


Immediate Cremation*:

This option includes the following:

  • Removal of the deceased from the place of death to the funeral home;
  • Sanitation of the body and preparation of the body for identification;
  • First 24 hours of refrigeration;
  • Immediate family* identification time during normal business hours;
  • Use of facilities for the above procedures;
  • Arrangements consultation with family for discussion about desire services, notifications, obtaining of necessary signatures and authorizations.
  • Preparation and filing of necessary authorizations and consents
  • Preparation and transmittal of obituary to newspaper(s);
  • Posting of obituary on our website;
  • Transfer of deceased to crematory;
  • Procurement of the cremated remains from the crematory and delivery to next of kin.

Identification, Private Family Viewing & Cremation*:

This option includes the following:

  • Removal of the deceased from the place of death to the funeral home;
  • Sanitation of the body and preparation of the body for identification;
  • First 24 hours of refrigeration;
  • Immediate family* identification time during normal business hours;
  • Private family viewing with a maximum of 15 people for 30 minutes with unembalmed body.
  • Use of facilities for the above procedures;
  • Arrangements consultation with family for discussion about desire services, notifications, obtaining of necessary signatures and authorizations.
  • Preparation and filing of necessary authorizations and consents
  • Preparation and transmittal of obituary to newspaper(s);
  • Posting of obituary on our website;
  • Transfer of deceased to crematory;
  • Procurement of the cremated remains from the crematory and delivery to next of kin.

Cremation with Graveside Service*:

This option includes the following:

  • Removal of the deceased from the place of death to the funeral home;
  • Sanitation of the body and preparation of the body for identification;
  • First 24 hours of refrigeration;

  • Use of facilities and staff to conduct memorial service in the funeral home, church or           other location and one hour visitation prior to service.
  • Arrangements consultation with family for discussion about desire services, notifications,   obtaining of necessary signatures and authorizations.

  • Family viewing for one half hour to one hour during normal business hours.

Please note, the fees listed do not include the following Cash Advance Items.  Cash advance items may include the following: grave opening, crematory fee, flowers, honorariums, obituary, vault setup fee.  Cash advances are charges that are paid for by the funeral home on behalf of the family.
In order to better assist  you with determining these fees, below is a range of their charges.

  • Grave Opening:  $500.00-$2000.00
  • Crematory Fee:  $260.00—$325.00
  • Flowers:  $100.00—$500.00
  • Honorariums:  $150.00-$300.00 each
  • Obituary:  $100.00—$800.00
  • Vault Setup Fee:  $275.00
  • Cremation Authorization Fee:  $30.00-$50.00

* Immediate Family includes next of kin which may include spouse and children of the deceased.
