Donald L. Hayman, 77, of 169 Meadowview Drive, Lower Paxton Twp., and formerly of Bressler, died Tuesday, April 29, 2008 in Community General Osteopathic Hospital. He was retired from the United States Army with 21 years of service, serving in the Korean War and the Vietnam War. He was also a retired Vice President of Data Processing for the former CCNB Bank, Camp Hill, now PNC Bank. He was a member of Prince of Peace Roman Catholic Parish, Steelton, Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 410, Middletown, American Legion Post 974, Fairview Twp., St. Lawrence Lodge No. 13, Croatian Fraternal Union, VFW Post 7415, New Cumberland, Friendship Fire Co., Bressler, Deutscher Quartet Club, 50+ Club, and Guys and Dolls Travel Club. He is survived by his wife, Dolores M. Kostelac Hayman; three sons, Thomas L. Hayman of Bressler, Nicholas G. Hayman of Mechanicsburg, and Kenneth E. Hayman of Lithia Springs, GA; one daughter, Cynthia Keller of York Springs; two sisters, Alta Mae Shrubb of Piqua, OH and Marjorie A. Enlow of Heath, OH; 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, May 3, 2008 at 12 Noon in Prince of Peace-Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Roman Catholic Church with Rev. James M. Lyons, his pastor, as celebrant. Burial will be in Churchville Cemetery, Oberlin. A viewing will be held on Saturday from 10:30 until 11:30 am in Wiedeman Funeral Home, 357 S. Second St., Steelton. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, 3211 N. Front St., Suite 100, Harrisburg, PA 17110.
