Eli "Buck" Stoyanoff


Eli “Buck” Stoyanoff, 84, of Bistline House, 1291 S. 28th St., Swatara Twp., died Friday, April 25, 2008 in his home.

He was the retired co-owner of B & M Grocery Store, Steelton. Buck was raised and lived on Steelton’s “West Side” for most of his life. He was a former member of Holy Annunciation Macedonian Bulgarian Eastern Orthodox Church and son of the late Traiko and Steva Georgeff Stoyanoff and is survived by five nieces, Karen Stoyanoff, Sandy, Kelly, and Nicole Cox, all of Harrisburg, Toni Stoyanoff of York; a nephew, Jim Cox of Harrisburg. Buck was preceded in death by six brothers, Milan, Kero, Tony, Christ, Method, and Asper Stoyanoff and one sister, Victoria Stoyanoff Bansky.

Graveside services and burial will be held on Friday, May 2, 2008 at 1:00 pm in Baldwin Cemetery, Steelton. There will be no viewing or visitation. Arrangements are being handled by Wiedeman Funeral Home, Steelton.
