Ethel A. Pierce Williams "Mom Mom", 90, of Harrisburg, died Saturday, May 10, 2008 in the Harrisburg Hospital.

She was the former Matron of the Dauphin County Juvenile Home.

She was the widow of George R. Williams, was preceded in death by one sister, Dorothy Crossley and a grandson, Thomas Williams. Surviving are her children, Judy E. Taleff, with whom she resided, Connie E. Martin, Hummelstown, Ted and his wife Michelle Williams, Mechanicsburg; three brothers, William and his wife, Grace Pierce, Palmyra, Richard and his wife Hilda Pierce, Marysville, James Pierce, Ohio; two sisters, Betty Saltzburg, Marysville and Evelyn and her husband Britton Richwine of Florida; eight grandchildren, Nancy and her husband Jack Baker, Jane Dunlop, Kristina and her husband Aaron Brown, Michael Williams, Piper Williams, Robert and his wife Tamie Williams and Sydney and her husband Richard Winter; seven great grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 14, 2008 in the Fackler-Wiedeman Funeral Home, 23rd and Derry Streets, Harrisburg, with the Rev. Dr. Alan C. Wenrich, officiating. Burial in Shoop's Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 10 until 11 a.m. Wednesday in the funeral home.
