We are pleased to offer Reflections of Life Personalized Memorial Candles to commmemorate the life of your loved one.

These candles are 8” in height and can be customized with any of our designs listed on the inside of this form, or if you have a special graphic background you would like to be used, we can fully customize one for you.

You provide us with the photograph of your loved one and we do the rest. You may choose a photograph from days past or recent events.

Candles cost $18.00 each ($20.00 for custom design) + $5.00 per order shipping charges (when applicable). Orders take approximately 1-2 weeks to be completed. We will call you when your order is ready. Please click here to place your order, or click here to download an order form.
