Dorothy J. Yeager Nigro, 92, of Claremont Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Carlisle and formerly of Highspire, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, September 13, 2017 in the Center.
She was a retired Customer Service Representative for AMP, Inc. with over 35 years of service and a member of Highspire United Methodist Church.
Dorothy was known as G/G to friends, relatives and especially her beloved grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Dorothy was the daughter of the late Earl and Julia Cavanaugh Yeager and the widow of Frank C. Nigro, Sr. She is survived by one son, Frank C. Nigro, Jr. of Steelton; two daughters, Jolane M. Kott and her partner, Don Sadler of Mechanicsburg and Mary C. Morrone and her husband, John of Steelton; one brother, Tommy Spalding of North Carolina; one sister, Cathy Comer of Woodbridge, VA; six grandchildren, Angie Rushow, Christina Cline, Stephen Nigro, Lisa Graham, Matthew Morrone and Miles Kott; 13 great grandchildren, 7 great great grandchildren and one of the way.
Graveside Services and Burial will be held on Friday, September 22, 2017 at 1:00 pm in Highspire Cemetery. There will be no viewing or visitation. Arrangements are being handled by Wiedeman Funeral Home, Steelton.
