Paul Flickinger, 90, of Lower Paxton Twp., died Monday, March 19, 2018 in Colonial Park Care Center, Lower Paxton Twp.
He was a retired US Army Veteran serving during World War II, the Korean War, and Vietnam War with 20 years of service. He was also a retired Supervisor for Capital Blue Cross with an additional 20 years of service, and a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Steelton.
Paul was the son of the late George Hoffman Flickinger and Helen Manning Flickinger and is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Betty L. Welter Flickinger; and several nieces and nephews, including Kathy Shick of Dauphin.
Graveside Services and Burial with full military honors will be held on Monday, March 26, 2018 at 11:30 am in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery with Rev. Kaitlin Glass, officiating. There will be no viewing or visitation. Arrangements are being handled by Wiedeman Funeral Home, Steelton.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, 221 S. Second St., Steelton, PA 17113.
