Obituary of Arthur Malinak
Arthur C. Malinak, 86, of Steelton, died Tuesday, January 19, 2021 in UPMC Pinnacle Harrisburg Hospital.

He was a Peacetime Veteran of the US Army and a member of Prince of Peace Roman Catholic Parish, St. Lawrence Lodge No. 13, Croatian Fraternal Union, and St. Marys Club, all of Steelton and sang in St. Theresa Parish Choir in New Cumberland. He was a retired Computer Operator for the former Mechanicsburg Naval Supply Depot.

Arthur was the son of the late Thomas J. and Anna M. Benkovic Malinak and is survived by two sisters, Frances M. Zerance of Enhaut and Gertrude L. Salinger of Steelton; a brother, Donald E. Malinak of Lock Haven; 8 nephews and 2 nieces.

Memorial Services will be held on Thursday, January 28, 2021 at 11:00 am in Wiedeman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 357 SOUTH HARRISBURG ST., OBERLIN with Very Rev. David L. Danneker, his Pastor, officiating. Private burial will be held in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery with full military honors. A visitation will be held on Thursday from 10:00 am to 11:00 am in the funeral home. Current Covid-19 restrictions and guidelines will be enforced. Face masks and social distancing will be required.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Prince of Peace Roman Catholic Parish, 815 S.Second St., Steelton, PA 17113 or to Ryan Lee Mohn Memorial Foundation, 529 Pine St., Steelton, PA 17113.
