Beverly Bortner

Beverly L. Bortner, 95, of Harrisburg, died Thursday, September 29, 2022 in Colonial Park Care Center,Harrisburg.

Beverly worked as a Salesperson for the Bon Ton and Bowman''s Department Stores. She loved to go square dancing and bowling and was a member of the Capital City Polka Dancers.

She was the daughter of the late Barton and Esther Ring Botts, was preceded in death by her loving husband, Irwin L. Bortner Jr., a son, Daniel Bortner, a daughter, Barbara Bortner and a brother, Richard Botts.

Beverly is survived by a daughter, Kathleen J. Coccia; two sons, Steve and Mark Bortner; 8 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren.

Graveside Services and burial will be held on Friday, October 7, 2022 at 12:00 pm in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens 6701 Jonestown Rd. Harrisburg.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Wiedeman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 357 S. Harrisburg St. Oberlin 17113 to help with funeral expenses.
