Charles Holmberg

Charles E. "One Eye" Holmberg, 83, of Etters, died Thursday, December 28, 2023 in Homeland Center.

He was a retired Splicer and Lineman for ATandT. He was the son of the late Melvin E. and Mary Glasshauser Holmberg and is survived by his devoted wife of 18 years, Patricia A. Seker Holmberg; a son and daughter, one brother, Harry "John" Holmberg and wife Donna of Altoona; several grandchildren and great grandchildren and numerous loving nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Sally Yetsko and Donna Blair and a grandson.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, January 15, 2024 at 1:00 pm in Wiedeman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 357 South Harrisburg St., Oberlin with Rev. Dann Caldwell, Chaplain of Homeland Center and Hospice, officiating. A visitation will be held on Monday from 12 Noon until 1:00 pm in the funeral home.
