Ester Navales Bisnar Scantlen, 61, of Highspire, died Wednesday June 14, 2023 in Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center.
She was the daughter of Eufracio Bisnar of Inopacan, Philippines, and the late Antonia Navales Bisnar
She was a homemaker, who loved to travel, was an amazing cook and loved to bargain shop.
Ester is survived by her husband Tandy M. Scantlen, Highspire, a son John J. Reichard and companion Kenneth Becker Jr., Highspire and her father Eufracio Bisnar, Inopacan, Philippines. She was preceded in death by her son Effren J. Hesse.
A Celebration of her life will be held at a later date in Inopacan, Philippines. Arrangements by Wiedeman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., Oberlin.
