Frances Zerance

Frances M. Malinak Zerance, 97, of Enhaut, died Saturday, September 25, 2021 in ManorCare Health Services, Camp Hill.

She was a retired Secretary for the Commonwealth of PA, a member of Prince of Peace Roman Catholic Parish, Steelton, Prince of Peace 50+ Club, and St. Lawrence Lodge No. 13 Croatian Fraternal Union.

Frances was the daughter of the late Thomas J. and Anna M. Benkovic Malinak and the widow Nicholas A. Zerance. She is survived by one sister, Gertrude L. Salinger of Steelton; one brother, Donald E. Malinak of Lock Haven; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by four brothers, Thomas, James, Arthur and John Malinak and a sister, Dorothy Newell.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, October 1, 2021 at 11:00 am in Prince of Peace-Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Roman Catholic Church with Rev. Jonathan P. Sawicki as Celebrant. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Friday from 10:30 am until 11:00 am in her church. Arrangements are being handled by Wiedeman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Oberlin.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Prince of Peace Parish, 815 S.Second St., Steelton, PA 17113.
