Frank Coletti

Frank D. Coletti (92) died peacefully in his Hershey home on July 2, 2023. He was a retired electrician for The Hershey Company, an Army Veteran of the Korean War, a graduate of Harrisburg Catholic School class of 1949, and a member of St. Joan of Arc Roman Catholic Church in Hershey.

Born on May 30, 1931, in New Kensington, PA, Frankie was the son of the late Francesco Coletti and Giovanna (Ranaglia) Coletti. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Mary (Szobocsan) Coletti, brother Samuel Coletti, sisters Jean (Coletti) Gasper and Palmina (Coletti) Garganes; and nephews Santino Coletti and Ray Garganes.

A longtime resident of Bradenton, FL, where he lived from 1992-2018, Frankie returned to Hershey in 2018 and was an active member of St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church Areba Club, the Knights of Columbus Council 6693, VFW Post 3502, American Legion Post 0386, and the Hershey Italian Lodge.

The only thing that Frankie loved more than dancing was listening to music from the 1940s and 1950s on the radio and watching black and white films on tv, where he often knew the title and actors before the opening credits appeared. He loved to travel. Mostly he enjoyed the simple things in life like black coffee while reading the paper (or PennLive.com) every morning.

His family and friends will miss him dearly.
