Genevieve "Jennie" Saluta

Genevieve "Jennie" Paluscio Saluta, 92, of Steelton, died Monday, September 12, 2022 in her home.

She was a self-employed Electrologist and a member of the former St. Ann Roman Catholic Church and a member of Prince of Peace Roman Catholic Parish, both of Steelton.

Jennie was the daughter of the late Fiore and Sadie Carricato Paluscio and is survived by her loving husband of 74 years, Francis I. "Frank" Saluta; two daughters, Ann Okum of Sarasota, FL and Francine Leo of Harrisburg; three grandchildren, Stacy Okum of Bradenton, FL, Trevor Leo and wife, Stacy of Middletown, and Marissa Beidler and husband, Adam of Reading; and one great grandchild, Cameron Young of Middletown. She was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Paul Okum of Sarasota.

Graveside Services and burial will be held on Thursday, September 22, 2022 at 11:00 am in Resurrection Cemetery, West Hanover Twp. with Rev. Jonathan P. Sawicki, her Pastor, officiating. Viewing will be private. Arrangements are being handled by Wiedeman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Oberlin.
