Jacqueline A. (Shaffer) Zimmer died Sunday March 20, 2022, in Spring Creek Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Born in Harrisburg, PA. on September 12, 1946, she was the daughter of the late John Shaffer and Imogene (Martin) Shaffer. Jacqueline was a Bartender for many years serving in several locations in the Steelton area.
She is survived by her husband Victor H. Zimmer of Steelton; one Daughter, Susan M. (Golob) Warner of Harrisburg; two sons, John "Stephen" Golob, Harrisburg and Rudolph Golob of Halifax; one sister, Florence (Shaffer) Sharar of Duncannon, and brother Michael Shaffer of Steelton; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by brothers; John "Pete" Shaffer and Ronald Shaffer; her grandson Timothy S. Warner and son in law Timothy Warner.
She was a Graduate of Steelton-Highspire High School and was a member of all the clubs in Steelton, PA.
A viewing will be held on Monday, March 28, 2022 from 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm in Wiedeman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 357 South Harrisburg Street, Oberlin. There will be no services or burial.
