She also loved working with the homeless and was actively involved as a member of the management team for the "weed and Seed" program in the Allison Hill area of Harrisburg. In her later years she was a caregiver working mostly with Hospice patients. Louise truly believed in giving back and helping the less fortunate. Her career ended working at Costco where she enjoyed seeing old friends and meeting new people.
