BASIC CREMATION SERVICES

Our Basic Cremation Services Include:

• Transfer of the deceased from the place of death into our care at the funeral home;
• Sanitation of the deceased and preparation of the body for identification;
• First 24 hours of refrigeration
• Cremation Fee
• Immediate family* identification time during normal business hours;
• Use of facilities & staff for the above procedures;
• Arrangements consultation with family for discussion about desired services, necessary notifications and obtaining of necessary signatures and authorizations.
• Preparation and filing of necessary authorizations and consents
• Preparation and transmittal of obituary to newspaper(s);
• Posting of obituary on our website;
• Delivery of cremated remains to the next of kin.

Option 2:

IDENTIFICATION, PRIVATE FAMILY VIEWING & CREMATION

Option 2 package includes Basic Cremation Services (Option 1) and

• Private family viewing with a maximum of 15 people for 30 minutes with unembalmed deceased.

Option 3:

CREMATION WITH GRAVESIDE SERVICE

Option 3 package includes Basic Cremation Services and

• Arranging with cemetery for graveside service
• Staff and necessary equipment for graveside service.

Option 4:

CREMATION WITH 

MEMORIAL SERVICE OR CELEBRATION OF LIFE SERVICE

Option 4 package includes Basic Cremation Services and

• Use of facilities and staff to conduct memorial service in the funeral home, church or other location and one hour visitation prior to service.

Option 5:

CREMATION WITH

MEMORIAL SERVICE & GRAVESIDE COMMITTAL

Option 5 package includes Basic Cremation Services and

• Use of facilities and staff to conduct memorial service in the funeral home, church or other location and one hour visitation prior to service. 
• Staff and necessary equipment for procession to the cemetery and committal service at the gravesite.
• Arranging with cemetery for graveside service;
• Staff and necessary equipment for service at the grave.
  

Option 6:

CREMATION WITH PRIVATE FAMILY VIEWING & MEMORIAL SERVICE

Option 6 package includes Basic Cremation Services and

• Dressing in clothing other than hospital gown
• Half hour viewing for immediate family only, during normal business hours
• Use of facilities and staff to conduct memorial service in the funeral home, church or other location and one hour visitation prior to service.

Option 7:

CREMATION WITH EMBALMING, PRIVATE FAMILY VIEWING & MEMORIAL SERVICE

Option 7 package includes Basic Cremation Services and

• Embalming
• Dressing in clothing other than hospital gown
• Half hour viewing for immediate family only, during normal business hours
• Use of facilities and staff to conduct memorial service in the funeral home, church or other location.

Option 8:

CREMATION WITH EMBALMING, PRIVATE FAMILY VIEWING, MEMORIAL SERVICE & GRAVESIDE COMMITTAL

Option 8 package includes Basic Cremation Services and

• Embalming
• Dressing in clothing other than hospital gown
• Half hour viewing for immediate family only, during normal business hours
• Use of facilities and staff to conduct memorial serive in the funeral home, church or other location.
• Arranging with cemetery for graveside service
• Staff and necessary equipment for service at the grave.
• Staff and necessary equipment for procession to the cemetery and committal service at the gravesite.
  

Option 9:

CREMATION  RECEIVING THE CREMATED REMAINS WITH MEMORIAL SERVICE & GRAVESIDE COMMITTAL

Option 9 package includes:

• Receiving cremated remains;
• Consultation with family;
• Arrangements and direction of requested services;
• 1 Hour visitation
• Use of facilities for memorial services and staff for services in funeral home, church or chosen location
• Placing obituary in newspaper/website
• Staff and necessary equipment for graveside committal
• No visitation period, deduct $295.00
